ทำเครื่องหมายถูกที่ข้อ 3 ก่อน เพื่อทำการคัดลอกไฟล์ภาษาไทยจากแผ่นเข้าไปในเครื่อง (เครื่องจะถามหาแผ่นและจะรีสตาร์ทหลังจากคัดลอกเสร็จ
จากนั้น ทำตามขั้นตอนที่ 1, 2, 4, 5, 6

How to modify Node Type Windows

1. For W2K/XP, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Netbt\Parameters to make change:Name: DhcpNodeType
   Value Type: REG_DWORD - Number
   Valid Range: 1,2,4,8 (b-node, p-node, m-node, h-node)
   Default: 1 or 8 based on the WINS server configuration
   
   If this key is present, it will override the DhcpNodeType key. If neither key is present, the system defaults to b-node if there are no WINS servers configured for the client. The system defaults to h-node if there is at least one WINS server configured.
2. Windows 95, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\VxD\MSTCP
   Name: NodeType
   Value type: DWORD
   Valid range: 1, 2, 4, or 8
   
   Default: 1 (b-node) if no value is specified or no WINS servers are configured on the network; 8 (h-node) if WINS servers are specified and NodeType is not otherwise defined in the Registry.
   

If DNS is enabled (which also enabled LMHOSTS in Windows 95), name resolution will also follow the mode defined by this parameter. This value can also be configured using DHCP.

วิธีแก้บูตเข้า Windows ไม่ได้

1. ใส่แผ่น windows xp แล้ว boot เข้าแผ่นครับ
2. เมื่อถึงหน้าที่ให้เลือกว่าจะ install หรือ repair ให้เลือก repair ครับ
3. เมื่อเข้ามาหน้าจอ repair ที่ให้เลือก drive ที่ติดตั้ง windows ไปนั้น ให้ใส่หมายเลขของ drive ครับ อย่างเช่น ถ้ามีการลง windows ที่ drive c: อย่างเดียว มันจะมีให้เลือก 1: c:\windows เราก็ใส่หมายเลข 1 แล้ว enter ครับ มันก็จะเข้ามาในส่วนของ command prompt
4. ใช้ คำสั่ง fixboot ครับ แล้วมันจะให้ confirm ก็พิมพ์ Y แล้ว enter ครับ เมื่อเสร็จแล้วก็ restart เครื่องครับ ลองเข้าดู

ขั้นตอนการปฎิบัติโดยสรุป

1. ปิด Firewall ทั้ง 2 เครื่อง
2. สาย Cross (เวลาให้คนทำสายแลน ต้องบอกว่าเอาไปต่อกับคอมพิวเตอร์ด้วยกัน)
   
3. Fix IP
   

สำหรับเครื่องที่ 1 ตั้งไอพีดังนี้

สำหรับเครื่องที่ 2 ตั้งไอพีดังนี้
com2 IP:192.168.1.2 SUB : 255.255.255.0
Gatway: 192.168.1.1

ลองใช้คำสั่ง Ping โดยไปที่ Start -> Run -> พิมพ์ cmd กดปุ่ม Enter
จากนั้นพิมพ์ ping 192.168.1.1 -t หากทำที่เครื่อง 192.168.1.2 (เครื่องที่ 2)
ถ้ามี Reply ก็เป็นว่าใช้ได้ ครับ จากนั้นก็ไปเปิดแชร์โฟลเดอร์ตามปกติ

วิธีแก้ Password Internet Options

ก่อนทำการแก้ Registry ทุกครั้ง โปรดทำการสำรอง Registry ไว้เพื่อความปลอดภัยของโปรแกรม
การแก้ไข

1. Go to start, run, type "regedit" and press "OK".
2. Expand the folders down the left, in this order.

   >CurrentVersion
   >Policies
   >Ratings
3. On the right you will see the word "Key" - Click it once, then press "del" or right click, and select delete.
4. Close the registry editor.
5. Go to start, run, type "explorer" and press "OK".
6. Navigate to C:\Windows\System and delete "ratings.pol"
